The Tidings We Bring Ch. 02

Chapter Two I bit my lip as I dragged my suitcase up the curb. The small taxi pulled away and quickly left. It was a little before noon. After spending the evening luxuriating in my luxury shower, before a long, restful slumber, I've made my way back home. Mum and dad were waiting for me in the lounge.
